Welcome to the Davis County Employee Self Services Portal


If you have a Davis County computer login: Login using your Davis County Network Login and password (without the "@co.davis.ut.us"). Please note network passwords expire every 6 months. If your password has expired, you can update it by logging into Windows from a County computer.

If you don't have a Davis County email address: Your first login will be your 5-digit employee ID. Your password is the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number. You will be prompted to change your password at this point.

If you are no longer employed by Davis County this account has ended. All W-2s for prior employees will be mailed out the end of January. If you do not receive yours, call 801-451-3419 to request a copy.
